We are looking for a Senior Scientist for Bioinformatics to contribute to the day-to-day research as well as technical development. A major responsibility will be to design, implement and update bioinformatics pipelines and customized bioinformatics analyses in the area of microbiome research. with a focus on medical microbiome research, as well as integration of multiple data types. The successful applicant will also communicate with other bioinformaticians and Facility users and collaborators to manage data curation and analysis for diverse projects, and be involved in the publication of results in international peer-reviewed Journals.
