Long-read sequencing
The Joint Microbiome Facility (JMF) provides Oxford Nanopore Technologies MinION and PromethION long-read DNA sequencing.
We currently support these research applications:
- bacterial and archaeal isolate genome sequencing
- eukaryote genome sequencing
- metagenomics (soil, sediment, wastewater, stool)
- long-read sequencing methods developemnt
