Microbial isolate genome sequencing (Illumina and ONT)

The JMF provides microbial isolate genome sequencing on ONT and Illumina platforms.

Please note: To MUW and UW users, Illumina WGS sequencing of small sample batches (max. 6) is available in the form of "diversification spike ins" on our highly-multiplexed amplicon sequencing MiSeq runs. In these cases the sequencing is (but not DNA extraction, library preparation, and QC!) for free.
